Fun at the Englewood Events Center
One of our favorite things about living in Englewood, Florida is the big entertainment that is always available in our beach-side paradise. There is never a day you can’t find a really good live band playing somewhere. There are also many fun festivals in our town, and in the communities directly adjacent to ours such as Venice, Boca Grande, and Sarasota, Florida.
While the venues are countless, we wanted to highlight The Englewood Event Center in this post. The Englewood Event Center is fairly new to our community, but they sure hit the ground running! There is almost always something fun happening there. They have brought in mainstream bands, tribute bands, oldies dance parties, & they even had a wrestling event there recently.
We saw Charlie Daniels Band at The Englewood Event Center and were blown away – not only was that band absolutely incredible, Copperhead, a local band, opened for them. What a great way to incorporate local talent (and we have so much of that) into a headliner show!
Pure Prairie League played, and Preacher Stone from Sons of Anarchy played, also introduced by Copperhead.
Food and libations are available, and many events offer buffet dinners as well
