The stainless-steel walls, stone floors, copper bridge stairs, transparent brass mash, and modern architecture are rare and impressive. Once in the reception area, you'll notice the "Copper Bridge," a 30ft cantilevered bridge supported by cables anchored by three-story stone and a metal artifact. The "Copper Bridge" connects the two towers, showcasing the "Glass Wall" featured on the cover of the "Master Architect Series VI" book dedicated entirely to William Morgan and featuring this house. The thirty-foot east-facing glass wall created from the Coca-Cola glass (just like the bottles) is the world's tallest and thickest residential glass wall, showcasing ocean views, breathtaking sunrises, and purple-blue sunsets. Created for entertaining, the "Grand Pavilion on the first floor offers views to the east of the magnificent reflecting pool and the ocean. The "Reflecting Pool with Cascades" is a 63-foot three-lane infinity pool (the largest in the area) framed by water cascades, bottle palms, and private access to the beach. The views make you feel as if you could swim right into the ocean. A second glass wall in the Grand Pavilion facing west includes a private entrance to a hidden Japanese Zen Garden with a pond, waterfall, Koi, turtles, and rare palms. While in the Japanese garden, the glass wall provides seamless views through the home to the Vegas-style pool into the ocean. The views follow you. Unique palm trees, tropical plants, and exotic foliage fill the garden's space with color, while the calming water sounds of the Koi and turtle pond provide tranquility. His and hers spa bathrooms on the side of the pavilion allow for privacy and entrance directly to and from the pool. The master chef-style kitchen, designed for this house, features an 18-foot Borneo Rosewood countertop center island on hand-crafted concrete accented by metallic and glass artifacts connecting it to the Root Glass empire. This stunning kitchen boasts a stainless-steel chef's countertop with German Gaggenau, Italian Faber six-burner gas and electric range, Thermador double wall oven dishwasher, Sub-Zero refrigeration, and wine cooler. The dining room is an open-concept style suited for family meals or entertaining. The movable glass panel walls between the kitchen and pavilion provide privacy when entertaining. A private metal stairwell known as the "Secret Stairs" leads to the bedrooms and, at mid-floors, crosses thresholds on two axes to hidden rooms. Accents of pigmented art-deco Carrera glass can be found the core of the stairs.
